Suggest Dosage For Meloxicam And Prednisolone

just took last 4mg pill today of a Methylprednisone Dospak. Ortho also gave me prescrip for 7.5 meloxicam to take after the prednisolone was complete. Do I wait a few days to let the pred clear my system. The meloxicam is 7.5mg 1 x day YYYY@YYYY

Generally people just start the meloxicam. Both of them have the side effect of gastrointestinal irritation from the same effect on the gut. Taking them with food helps. But since they do the same thing (block gut protection) they don't interact all that much and once one is out of the system (the next day) interaction isn't possible.
