Suggest Dosage For Metoprolol And Calaptin

My daughter who has recently been diagnosed of having automated artriel tachycardia by an EP study has been prescribed metoprolol 50 mg combined with calaptin 40 mg twice daily. She is keeping well. Will continuation of these medicines cause any serious health problems. She is only 28 now. Is RFA is a must in such cases?
