Suggest Dosage For Placebo

Hi. This is my first month taking birth control ever. I am on the combination pill. Today, I am on day 4 of the placebo pill and I ve taken the active pills all this month. I began taking birth control on the day I started my period. Last night, I had unprotected sex and he ejaculated inside of me. I was wondering if I should take plan B or if I am covered on the placebo pills from taking the active pills all month.

Hi, I really appreciate your concern about this situation. The Oral pills you are taking are combination of 21 hormonal and 7 placebo pills. If you have taken all previous 21 pills without missing any one of them, you don't have to worry about anything.
I advise you to continue taking the pills as directed to you by your physician and I will also advise you to make it a habit that you take the pill at specific time of the day, preferably at night before going to bed.
