Suggest Dosage For Venlafaxine ER

I am on Venlafaxine ER. I have been taking 3 capsules every morning. The next morning I do not seem to be getting the full benefit. Might it be better for me to take two capsules in the morning and then take one in the evening? In other words, is it OK to take an extended release medication NOT all at the same time?

Venlafaxine ER is an antidepressant which is used to treat depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and social anxiety disorder (social phobia).

Its recommended starting dose is 75 mg per day administered in a single dose which can be increased to a maximum of 225 mg per day in case the initial dose does not improve the symptoms.

It's not advisable to take this medicine twice or thrice daily. It should be taken in a single dose with food, either in the morning or in the evening at approximately the same time each day.
