Suggest Dosage For Ondem Md

Hello, my daughter of 5 yr has been vomiting since morning about 4 times, what ever she ate a little bit of steamed rice pudding, which she vomited, only a little bit of watery substance or saliva type was vomited other times, can I give her ondem md , what is the dosage that I should give.

5 ml of syrup contains 4 mg so 5 ml but it is based on the weight so kindly consult paediatrician before giving it.
Meanwhile maintain adequate hydration,
