Hello
Akurit -4 , i.e. rifampicin150 mg , isoniazide75 mg ,
pyrazinamide 400 mg and
ethambutol 275 mg .
This is ingredient of one tablet , your doctor advise you 4 tablet and you took 1 tablet .
This was a big blunder, as I have noted that so many patient do as you done .
This is absolutely wrong , particularly in tubercular cases.
The minimum amount of rifampicin is 9-10 mg / kg weight on empty stomach ,but you took just 150 mg .
Low doses develop RESISTANT and in my opinion this is most dangerous .
But any how so long time didn't pass . Now take 4 tablet as advised by your doctor TILL advised .
2nd point take pantoprazole-d on empty stomach twice in day , so that you will not feel any
nausea ,
vomiting and abdominal discomfort ( as these are common side effects of anti tubercular drug).
Please don't stop anti tubercular drugs without consultation of you r doctor.
Good luck.
