Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Adiza is a PPI and decreases the acid production and it is okay for short term use. Long term use can decrease the effect of the protective acid barrier in the stomach.
Ibset is a new anti motility medicine and is used in very few countries. There are no significant side effects known as of now.
I shall be happy to answer if you have further queries.
Take Care
Dr Noble Zachariah
