Suggest Dosage Of Viagra

What s the safest max dose on Viagara. Neither 50 mg nor 100mg work for me any longer (been on it since starting pressure meds, 15 years ago). I find 150mg seems to work OK, but would 175 (split pills) or 200mg work even better ?? How high can one safely go with it ??

Viagara is sildenafil , you are taking 50 mg , 100 mg and now 150 mg is working but you want to INCREASE the dose up to 175 or 200 mg .
I am sorry to say , already you have crossed the upper limit of dosage ;
Allowable dose of viagara is 100 mg in 24 hours , NOT MORE THAN this.
Perhaps , you are thinking ,that you are not feeling any untoward side effects even with 150 mg .
But you have developed one side effect , that is ADDICTION to this drug.
Now in my opinion completely stop this drugs and consult a PSYCHIATRIST and get his opinion about sexual weakness and for change of medicine.
Viagara produces angina pectoris , lower sudden B P , causes tachycardia , besides other side effects.
When such patient visit I prescribe them to take flueoxetine 20 mg twice in day for initial 5 days .
After this advise them to take TADALAFIL 10-20 mg once in 48 hours.
