Suggest Dosage Of Azithral 100 For A 7.5 Month Baby

Hi, my baby is 7.5 months old, she is having fever and cold and vomiting for the past 2 days. My prescribed azithral 100 - 4ml once daily for 3 days. I want to know if this is the correct dosage. She weighs around 8kg. 4ml seems to be too much for her. She vomited the medicine. Can anyone tell me if this is the right dosage?
Thanks!

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi..correct dosage of azithral is 10mg/kg. As the weight of the baby is 8 kg she needs 80 mg per day for 3 to 5 days. 5 ml of syrup contains 100mg so 4 ml daily is adequate dosage.
