Suggest Effectiveness Of Zero Carb Drinks To Increase Muscle Mass

hello doc. i was wondering whether or not it is safe to drink isopure zero carb in order to increase my muscle mass without getting the flabby stuff of other whey protein supplements? another thing is since i am a basketball player how will it help me with basketball?

Hello there,
If you are fairly active some carbohydrate in your supplement is not a bad thing. The reason being that in ISOPURE they would use an artificial sweetner which also is not good for your kidneys. 100% prostar whey or Optimum nutrition's gold Standard whey are supplements I have personally used and recommend.
Secondly protein supplements are to be used only is you really push yourself in the gym and have compound exercises.
If you are a basketball player then doijng squats and deadlifts would help your throwing and jumping ability.
