I had quadruple by pass a few months ago. My dr says it is time ti start cardiac rehab. I called after insurance each section will cost $30 each after insurance. That would run close to $400 a month. Being retired and no addional income at this momment is a Huge hardship. Is there any way to get some the exercises to do at home. Or, isit possible to just go once a week.?
Please, frankly speak to your physiotherapy doctor about your financial concern. If he or she can suggest some kind of exercise regimen that you can follow up regularly at your home, it will solve your problem.
Those exercises that do not require specific instruments can be learnt under supervision and practiced at home. You can review with physiotherapist weekly or 15 days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
