Suggest Food Chart To Increase Weight

Hi , I am 33 years old and my weight is 40 which is under weight for my hight and age. I removed my utrus at the age of 26, from that I have leg pain, I have taken lot of tests for this and doctors said that this is general weekness. Kindly priscribe some food chart to increase my weight.

Hello there,
The easiest way to gain weight is never miss breakfast and have heavy dinners. . Food rich in protein like eggs, meats or fish,soya can be added to diet. You can also add a protein supplement to your diet like Muscleblaze Whey and have 1 spoon of it twice a day with milk.
for you to attain an even body structure you should focus more on doing these 3 basic exercises-
1) Squats
2) Pushups
3) Pullups

These can be done anywhere even at home. Try doing sets of 20 of each exercise and later increase it to 40. They would help tour legs, arms and back fill out and you would have an even physique.
