Suggest Food For 9th Month Of Pregnancy To Ease Labour
Hi am 24 yrs old & am in the beginning of 9th month of my 1st pregnancy. I am weighing 65 kg with 152 cms height. I find my belly is too hard/firm, but has come down. how to loosen it? whether this will create difficulty in delivering baby? Is there any food intake that can get me more strength to withstand labour pain?
Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion hard or firm belly doesn't interfere with delivery.Dont worry. If you have pain abdomen and tightening of abdomen then you might consult your doctor to decrease it as you have completed your months yet.Take healthy nutritional diet and rich in proteins.Do antenatal exercises favouring normal delivery. Best regards...Dr.srilatha
