hello doctor , i am 23 from bangladesh , single.i have lived in britain for 5 years.72 kg in weigth , 5ft 10 inch in height. want to know to keep a fitness of the body what kinda a foods shall i eat ?country like bangladesh is very different , so can you tell me how can i live a healthy lifestyle in bangladesh? what kind benifits i can get from date fruit?...to increase sexual fitness what exercise i need and and what position we should do sex ? ....i heard a now days penis can be enlarged but how?

I have gone through your query.You can get fitness well in bangladesh than in big cities.You can do regular exercises like jogging,swimming etc.You can eat foods which are available locally like fresh fruits and vegetables.You can include nuts like ground nut,badam etc.Eggs for break fast if you exercise well.Fishes also you get lots in bangladesh which is best healthy food.If you excercise well and have proper healthy food you will be sexually fit.Avoid wearing tight underwears.Penis lenghth can be enlarged to some extent by squeezing and stretching exercises.Hope this may help you.
