Suggest Food To Reduce Creatinine/urea While Having BP And Stents In Heart
Hi Doctor, My mum is having high creatinine reading of 253 and her urea reading is double of the normal person range. May I know what kind of food to avoid and what kind of food will help her lower the above readings. Btw, she is a chinese, age 73. she had just done 3 stents in the arteries for heart. She got high blood pressure as well as gout. Thank you for your kind advise.

Hi She shows chanhes of chronic kidney disease Better to start with dialysis High blood pressure, heart disease are all added factors She should maintain strict renal diet with Restricted fluid intake to 1 litre for 24 hours, no raw vegetables so to control the potassium levels Low salt, low oil, non spicy, some amount of protein diet to increase the albumin levels.
