Suggest Future Treatment After Undergoing "laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy"

Hi Doctors !!

I'm Sandy from India, married 29 Yr's. Y'day my wife done "Laproscopic Ovarian Cystectomy" surgery for removing her choclate cyst. Could you please advice what should need to do for future treatment Here are the reports summary,

Allergies: Not Known
Significant Physical Findings:
1)Bilateral Endometriosis
2)Adhesions
3)Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
Procedure Performed:
1) Laproscopic Ovarian cystectomy
2)Adhesiolysis
3)Methylene Blude Dye Test
Ports: One 10 mm Camera port and three 5mm working ports
Findings:
Flimsy omental adhesions all over the cavity to the abdominal wall
Flimsy adhesions from the liver to the abdominal wall present.
uterus adherent to the anterior abdominal wall by flimsy adhesions
Right and left ovary seat of two endometriotic cysts each and two clear cysts each
Both ovaries densely adherent to the back of the uterus and bowel densely adherent to the back of uterus and in between the two ovaries. Sigmoid colon drain towards the uterus.
Ovaries are also adherent to the ovarian fossa and tube are incurled arround the ovaries.
Right ovary seat of 3*2cm and 1*2cm endometriotic cysts and 2*3cm clear cyst.
Left ovary seat of 3*5cm and 2*3cm endometriotic cysts and 2*3cm clear cyst.
Spleen normal

Procedure Done:
Adhesiolysis done, tubes reformed from thr adhesions. Bilateral laproscopic ovarian cystectomy done and cyst wall peeled and sent for HPE. Methylene blue dye test done. Left free fill and spill present Right tube evidence of no spill. Bowel mobilized out of adhesions. Haemostasis secured. Peritoneal wash given. Surgicell placed with right ovary for complete haemostasis. Pneumoperitoneum reversed and ports removed under vision and sent for HPE.

Final Diagnosis:
1)Bilateral Endometriosis
2)Adhesions
3)Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
