hi i am having a moth sore and my gums are soiling , i am not able to eat anything // anytime i put something in mouth my whole mouth starts burning // i have already checked with my doctor they give me a antibiotics for next 10 days is there any gel or cream can you recommend for mouth sore and burning

thanks for your query, the soreness could be because of the aphthous ulcers or gum infection..you can use topical anesthetic and analgesics like anabel gel..i hope my answer will help you..take care
