Suggest Healthy Diet Chart To Be Followed Post Coronary Heart Bypass Surgery
I went through a coronary heart by pass on 20 sept.2014 as my four arteries were blocked of about 99 to 95%. Now it is about 6 weeks since that shocked event. I would like to have your advise about the relevant exercises and diet ( may be a exercise and diet plan) or any relevant suggestion. I an 54 years old,

Most important is ..your drugs...take the drugs regularly.. .eat fat free diet .limit salt intake .light exercise like walking for 30 mins daily .avoid stress .be happy .avoid strenuous exercise .eat healthy diet .more uses of vegetables and fruits .avoid excessive sun exposure .relax yourself And Regular follow up to your Doctor...
