Typhoid causes malnutrition affecting the growth of individuals. Hair loss is also generally seen in typhoid condition. Have you been cured completely? Are you taking a liquid diet or can you tolerate solid foods now? If you are off a liquid diet which is recommended in the initial stages of treatment, then you can safely begin with semi solid foods which are high in energy (mostly from carbohydrates) and high in protein, low in fat, fibre and spices.

You can include simple and easily digestible foods like khichri/dal and rice/ potatoes, semolina or suji as upma or pudding, sago or sabudana as khichdi or kheer, curd/buttermilk/lassi, fruit juices like pomegranate juice, orange juice (with added sugar or glucose) etc, bananas all of which will take care of your energy needs. After antibiotic treatment, you must take a B complex capsule as its deficiency is very likely. Curd and ripe banana combination is also good for improving intestinal health.

Avoid spices, fried and oily curries/rich gravies, harsh fibre in fruits and vegetables at this stage.

You can have mixed vegetable (spinach/carrots/beetroot/tomatoes) soup, chicken soup etc prepared at home. You can add corn starch for thickening soups and cream/butter to add more calories. You can also add boiled noodles/macaroni to soups for increasing energy intake. If non-vegetarian, you can have boiled eggs, mutton and chicken but make sure they are home cooked and not very spicy or oily.

Have freshly prepared home -cooked food and make sure you eat only those foods which are well-cooked. Drink filtered or boiled and cooled water only.
Avoid eating out or outside food/street food as they maybe prepared unhygienically. Pay close attention to food safety and hygiene practices at home by washing hands with soap before cooking, washing raw stuff properly under water. Avoiding cross contamination by keeping raw foods and cooked ones seperately. Wash your hands properly with a soap after going to the toilet. Wash hands before eating and avoid foods cut and left in the open for long.
Remember that typhoid can recur due to unhygienic practices as the sufferer remains a carrier of the disease for a substantial period. Since it occurs due to bacteria Salmonella typhi, which contaminates food and drinks, one must be wary of eating or drinking liquids which run a risk of contamination.
Hope this answers your query satisfactorily.
