Dear Doctor, My son s skin complexion is bit dark, his complexion changed, when he had to get admiited in hospital for some urinary infection ( May be due to IV s ). Is it possible to bring back his complexion by eating some healthy foods and fruits. Can you pls help me on this ??? Son s Age : 2yrs

As I can get from your history that your son is just 2 years of age, so it is not judicious to be so much concerned regarding the complexion. Children have a tendency to get tanned easily and then regain the natural colour also.
Even then for his good nutritional status I provide the suggestions below:
- Give him least 3-4 different fruits saplings per day.
- You can make a combination of sour with sweet fruits such as oranges, papaya and other of seasonal fruits.
- Give a small bowel full of mixed pulses. Add green leafy vegetables additionally in the pulses which contain lot of iron and vitamins in it.
- Mesh over night soaked and peeled.
- give Milk and milk products in every-day's schedule.
