Suggest How To Resume The Previous Milk Diet

Dear Doctor my son who is 3.5 month old,is not feeding proper milk from last 3 days,3 days ago he vomit 4 times a day,and loose motion one time,when i consult with doctor he recomend me to give :-
1.odem syrup 3ml after every 5hrs.
2.vizylac syrup 2.5ml 2 times a day.
3.zinc syrup 0.5ml one time a day. after giving these medicine to my son his vomit and loose motion has stopped
but he is not feeding proper milk,3days ago he was feeding 120ml after every 2hrs,but now he is feeding 30ml of milk after 4hrs.pls advise me how can he resume his previous diet,i m very much afraid of his diet,

Thanks for the query.
Breastfed babies will usually continue to nurse, although shorter feedings may reduce your milk output slightly for 24 hours.
It is quite common to have decreased feeding after any illness.
If the baby is playful, wet diapers adequetly then there is nothing to worry.
