Suggest Itchy Spreading Rashes On The Arms

Okay, thank you. Was not expecting this. I have had a rash on one arm...first invisible, then appeared as segregated spots, that are now turning into small moles. The rash keeps me awake and is progressing up my arm. I have taken benedryl at night to sleep, used coretozone, cayanne, etc. to relieve it.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is urticaria which is a hypersensitivity reaction to external or internal allergen. It presents with multiple erythematous lesions present all over the body. The treatment options include antihistamines like fexofenadine and topical soothing lotions like calamine lotion. Avoid fermented food and foods containing artificial fragrances as they are known to induce urticaria. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
