Suggest Maftel Dosage For Fever In Infants
Hy my baby in 6 months old. She is hving fever between 99 to 101 F . Crocin didnot work out . Dr. prescribed her Maftel 5 ML if fever exceeds 100 F . Today she has taken the above dose once . Can we repeat the equal dose once fever is back.

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Dose is 25 mg / kg / day in devided doses . If your syrup is 50mg /5 ml , then give 5.0 ml . This dose you can repeat 8 hourly or whenever fever recur . Hope I have answered your query .For furthur questions , please contact .
