Suggest Management Of Parkinson's Disease With Motor Function Impairment

My mother had been taking syndopa cr125 & Fludac/Prodep regularly for parkinsons. Now she had two seperate falls rcently.Twice in one month she has undergone neck femur replacement. Last operation was on 04.01.11. After that she was fine but suddenly she is speaking disjointedly.Alos her motor functions are impaired.
Doctor has contunued with Syndopa cr-125 but stopped Fludac/Prodep.Instead she is having 1 tab Pacitane 2mg & 1/2 tab sizodon LS,both at night.
I want your comments & suggestions.
