Suggest Management Of Bipolar Disorder Effectively
Daughter diagnosed with BP disorder in late 30 s. She is now 54. I am her Mother 74. I ve dealt with her disorder for years alone. She has been on medication and has been seeing a psychiatrist. . We have good times, bad times. Often, a crisis. I help her during the crisis. I feel little appreciation for my assistance. Done research re: sociopaths/vs psychopaths. I feel I am being manipulated. She has little regard for my feelings. Been her support person for years. She has the UPS/DOWNS. Simply, don t understand. Have made an appointment to see a psychiatrist to seek help for myself. Don t know what TO DO, OR NOT TO DO. We only have each other. No other family members.
In that case, you need supportive therapy. That would help to come out of the situation. You can also try some relaxation exercise that would keep you relax. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
Thanks
