Suggest Management Of Strokes Causing Total Paralysis And Seizures

my mother has had two severe strokes leading to total paralysis from the neck down to her feet she dosent no anyone and has now been taken to hospital with massive siezures and been put in a side room she dosent know anyone shes just gaunt like shes not even there

As per your explanation I understand she has got massive attack of stroke. Here if her medical report are all normal and there is no internal damage happening now then the only thing she needs is good physical therapy with supervision on her other medical parameters. Here the improvement will take time so be patience. And have check on her noon pressure too on a regular basis. If that fluctuates then need to visit neuro doctor again. As well continue the medication suggested by neuro physician to reduce as well as prevent the on going damage of stoke. And for anti epileptic drugs also.
