hello doctor good evening i have dandruff and hair falling i should have to control it by using good hair oil and shampoo please suggest good shampoo and oil iam at chennai age 23 yrs and also want soft hair

Dandruff may be the cause of hair falling.so ,
1., use anti Dandruff shampoo it may be selsun.
2. Dont use hair oil.
3.every day do shampoo.
4.use henna pack .
5.take hair spa.

hi.. welcome to healthcare magic.. thanks for your query.. as you have dandruff you must get treatment for that first.. use 8x shampoo twice in week for one month.. then stop it and use any herbal shampoo like nyle regularly an d dont use chemical shampoos.. even after this if ur hair fall didnt stop then consult a dermatologist because once hairs are gone its very difficult to bring them back.. i hope this will be helpful to you..
