Suggest Me Situation Of The Pregnancy If The USG Reports Normal?

Please be informed me following terms in doctors observation thus i can understand the pregnancy situation what i have to do ;
First of all I give you the USG report :
uterus : Gravid
Fetus : single, Live
Presentation Cephalic
Measure : BPD - 81 mm, FL- - 70 mm. HC - 310mm, AC-328
Gestational age : about 36 wks( FL correlated)
estimated fetal weight : About 2798 +/- 420 gm
fetal movement : present
fetal HRT : 04 Chambers with normal IVS, regular in rhythm, 142 bpm
Placenta : Anterior , high up with early G - III maturity
umbilical cord : 03 vessels , central insertion with normal flow pattern
Amniotic fluid/AFI : Adequate/17.3
EDD : 23-01-2014- clinically
29-01-2014 -nFL correlated
