Hi sir I am 20 year. Old....I was masturbating since 6years,after now I stopped it but facing some problem like everyday night flow,low sex power,low energy. I am going to marry but I thing that I won t be have baby due to masturbating of 6years...Now my sperms flow in low amount. How I can test of my sperm is healthy?please advice me

Masturbation is harmless if done when excited and in limit. So, its your illusion that you have some problem. Please start having balanced diet, regular exercise daily and avoid smoking and alcohol for positive results. All the best.
