General & Family Physician, Dr. Rahul G's Response
Hello! I hear your problem. There are no proved methods to speed up THC excretion from the body. THC is a fat-soluble compound and gets stored in the fat cells of the body. Testing for THC is usually done using urine or blood tests. Although it can also be detected in hair or saliva. It is advisable for you to not consume any form of THC until your test as THC can be detected in the urine even after 1-2 months. The chances are higher in the case of chronic usage and increased fat tissue in the body. I hope the advice helps.
All the best.
