Suggest Medication Cough And Blocked Nose For Baby

Hello, I have 3 weeks old baby. He has blocked nose and really bad cough ( from his chest). What is best to do please? We went to doctor, but he did not give us anything. He said, just use a steam in our bath. Are any drops or sirup for infants please?

I would suggest you the following
1. Nasoclear nasal drops two drops in each nostril thrice a day
2. Normal saline nebulization.
3. Continue exclusive breast feeding
