Suggest Medication For Cronch's Disease

I an 44 yr old. My doctor priscribed me wysolone with decreasing dose every week from 50mg, 40, 35, 30 as upto 2.5 and increase the dose of Azoran 25mg, 50mg , 75 mg, 100mg every 5 day. I am suffuring from Cronch's desease (blocking large intestine 10 cm in transverse colon). Is this prescription correct? How long will it take to cure the blockage?
