Suggest Medication For PCOD, Acne And Hirsutism With Out Side Effects Of Hairloss

Hi.I'm 23 years and was diagnosed with polycystic ovary disease 5 years ago.my cycle is irregular and abscent most time of the year,I have done hormonal estimation before 2 months for FSH,LH,TSH,prolactin in the 2nd day of withdrawal bleeding and all results were normal,I'm now on progyluton and in the next month I will be shifted to metformin, actually I'm afraid of this drug because it may cause hair loss for me and I'm complaining of the thining of the frontal line of my hair beside acne and hirsutism

it may help with my acne and hirsutism and restoring normal menstruation but it may worsens my hair loss, what can I do.

does combination with spironolactone helps?

thanks
