Hi, I have been diagnosed with heavily poly cystic ovaries for which my Gynaec prescribed bigomet sr 500 3x daily. . I have also been getting breakouts on my jaw and chin for which my dermatologist prescribed the following -
Flemiklox LB - 3x daily for 7 days
After that finished I have to have Divaine 50 mg 1x day and glycomet 500 1x day for 7 days and then glycomet 850 2x day from the eigth day.

Hi
Thanks for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. You are getting metformin therapy for Polycystic disease. It helps you to decrease insulin resistance also. You can continue the metformin. But if you are not getting improvement and having infertility then you can try clomiphene after your doctors advise. If all these not helping then you can choose surgical drilling of ovaries. There is good success rate in this operation also.Wishing you for the best.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
