Suggest Medication For A Bump Appearing On The Right Side

I do karate and got punched in my right side.it really hurt at the time. Over the past three months i have had a dull ache around my left side under my rib which seems to move to my right side under rib and sometimes abit higher. I have been to the docs and he said its o.k but i have just noticed a slight bump near my right side of belly button but don t have any pain. What could it be. .

It seems to be a chronic haematoma which is a collection of blood that gets organised. Some times it takes a long time to resolve. So nothing to worry .
