I have had a lump on one of my testicles it has been there for about 7 years i had it checked out and was told it was normal. recently I was looking at health work outs for I do like to try and keep fit and came across a part saying moobs can some times be caused testicle problems or been over weight i do not think im over weight. It feels like at the end of my testicle it slightly groves in and then back out were the lump is and feels nothing like my other one. If it helps I have put a light behind it and it dose shine through.
Hello Thanks for query. Based on what you have stated , finding of self examination and long duration of 7 years the lump above the Testis is what is called as (Epididymal cyst or Spermatocele).
However it needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist.and by Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum
It is a benign cyst and does not require any treatment .
It requires to be excised if it increases in size or gets infected .
