i am 17 and on the back of my left testicle i can feel a small lump about half the size of a pea, It feels as if it is attached to the testicle but has a limited amont of movement on the testicle. i cannot feel the same lump on the other testicle .. could this be cancer ?

I have few Questions which will help me reach a diagnosis when did u noticed it? How did u noticed it? Its progression ie it increased /decreased in size, or remained the same? did this ever disappeared? the lump is over testis, not in the scrotal skin? it can't be moved freely over the testis? its location relative to testis? upper side? is it painful? please answer these Qs to get a more accurate diagnosis
any how with available info it appears to be Epidydmal Cyst
