Suggest Medication For A Sharp Pain In The Knee

I had an acl replacement surgery about a year and a half ago and have had a hard lump under my incision since the surgery and have had no follow up from the surgeon it is very painful and now have unstable issues with my knee and sharp pains, what could be causing this

I have studied your case and As you are telling that you are having pain and instability I am afraid that you might be having a torn ACl again. It can be a possibility as you are also feeling a lump under incision.
I would recommend you to get MRI of the knee joint to confirm the diagnosis and then we can plan accordingly. If there is ACl torn again then I afraid you will require a revision acl reconstruction surgery. It has to be done by a specialist as it is more difficult then a simple ACl reconstruction surgery.
