Suggest Medication For Abdominal Pain,dizziness And Headache

I am having abdominal pain and feel like I have a fever but no fever. Bladder feels fast and slight pain after urination but not vagina area. Upper endo, colonoscopy and sonogram are normal. Sometimes dizzy with headache and notice dark circles under eyes. Adominal pain getting worse but not unbearable.

Hi, I think you should do a urine routine and microscopy and a culture. You can be having some urine infections. Drink lot of water and take some urine alkaliser. You may need some antibiotics. Consult a doctor. Hope I have answered your question.
