Suggest Medication For Aborting Pregnancy

Dear Sir ,
My age is 23 and my girlfriend age is 18 from Nepal.We had sex for the first time around 3 weeks ago. and now my girlfriend is pregnant as she has missed her menstrual periods. We dont want this child. and we want to abort as we cant afford to let other know about this.
So I would like to know What things we need to be careful about in this situation.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion missed periods goes in suspicion of pregnancy in a regularly menstruating woman.But it should be confirmed by a urine pregnancy test.This test is positive a week after missed period mostly.If the test is positive you need to take abortion pills under doctor supervision.Because the abortion pills have sideeffects sometimes like heavy bleeding,incomplete abortion.you can wait a week or 10days past the period.Because sometimes stress also delays period.
So stay cool and relaxed.
