Hello dear Understand your concern As you taken i pill and unwanted 72 pill after sexual intercourse chance of pregnancy is less. If it is taken with in 72 hour(not clear from your history)of sexual intercourse, it is highly effective to prevent pregnancy. Avoid repeated use of contraceptive pill as it cause menstrual irregularity. You can not take abortion pill blindly without confirming preganancy You should wait for next period. If period will delay by 10-12 days from normal period date, then go for pregnancy confirmation. If intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week will confirmed by USG, you can use mifepristone plus misoprostol abortion pill under the observation and guidance of gynecologist to terminate the early pregnancy. Do not use abortion pill without confirmation of pregnancy and at home by your self as it cause dangerous complication and high chance of failure which lead to abnormal development of pregnancy and that require surgery.
