I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely an injury in vaginal mucosa happened in sexual activity.For decreasing pain while urination you can pour warm water while urination.I advise for my patients in such case with betadine ointment for local application.It is also better to avoid penetrating sex for some days.Hope this may help you.
