hi i m 23 years old. My problem is during nights when i m half the way in sleep i discharge urine and it is not known to me during the discharge after certain time when i m off the sleep i notice that my bed is wet i m feeling worse f my scenario
moreover this is not the case every day it happens once in 2 days or 3 days or it doesnt happen for few days and later again the problem starts
i used medicines for a particular period of time and then the problem was stopped for some days but later again started even while using medicines
i have been keeping timers to wake me up for every two hours so that i can avoid this problem
but it has become a severe concern for me as i feel it difficult to stay at frineds or relatives houses during night time
i request you to kindly look into this and advise teh needful
