hi sir I am 24 year old.sir I am suffering tightly breath and some time nose block.I am suffering from 3 years.when eats antibiotic medicine then I feel good.and 2-3 days I feel good. If I have not eat antibiotic medicine then my nose block then after my breath tighted.So sir I am tired use antibiotic medicine.can you help me sir which type of problem .

From history it seems that you might be having chronic rhinitis giving this problem.
Take some decongestant medicine.
Put some decongestant nasal drops.
Do vicks vapor inhalation.
Consult ENT surgeon and rule out Daviated Nasal Septum or nasal polyp.
