Suggest Medication For Breathlessness And Low BP

Iam 30yrs old female and 8months bk diagnosed with MVP and Trivial MR.
Nowadys iam feeling very much exhausted. Sometimes feel pain n breathlessness. My BP mostly go on lower side 100/59. Please sugesst me some medicines which can help m. I have done stress test which was normal.

I would start my answer by giving you some information about your condition. Mitral valve prolapse is not an uncommon finding in young females. In fact, it is as 16% as often in young females, totally asymptomatic and is found in routine echocardiograms. It is known even in ancient life, when it was called "young ladies' disease". It takes up to 30-40 years to decompensate the heart, increase heart and lung pressures, and then produce symptoms. My opinion is that, at this period, you should not be concerned about your diagnose, and live a healthy life without limitations. As about the blood pressure, I think that this can be a some-time thing during a day. In my experience, combining these figures with your age, there is nothing to worry about. These figures are borderline low, and can be found in every active 30 year-old, due to resting after a physical activity and climate changes, especially when it is hot. If this a constant finding, feel free to contact me again.
