Suggest Medication For Broken Ribs Due To A Injury Causing Dizziness

i had a car crash on the 1st september resulting with five broken ribs but every night i lay my head down the room spins also when getting up . but ok other times . i did have exray to head and neck plus ct to body and knees .. ribs i know will repair but worried about the room shifting when i lay down , its quite frightenning . do you think its something to do with impact
