Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Any bumps in the genital are re suggestive of STD, visit ER get evaluated. It looks like genital wart(HPV infection) spread by vaginal & anal sex. However, ingrown pubic hair also appear as small fluid bumps, due to infection during shaving, waxing or plucking pubic hairs, they get inflamed & may spread. You can apply Hydrocortisone cream, do not scratch or squeeze, maintain good hygiene, do not apply lotions for they may enhance irritation. Get your partner also examined. Go for protected sex. treatment will depend upon your reports, you my need antibiotics.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
