Suggest Medication For Burn On Face

Hi. I was curling my hair the other night and accidently burned my cheek. The next morning it was dark and i put makeup over it to cover it up. ive been covering it up with vitamin E while at home and now it has Neosporin on it. Is this burn going to leave a scar?
