Suggest Medication For Chronic Pain Under The Breast Plate

I have been having chronic pain under my breast plate for the last 5 days. I have had HCV but was treated back in 2010. I was currently advised to quit all alcohol input as the last test I had showed some problems with both my liver and my pancreas. Should I go to the doctor or is this just some sort of heartburn?

Hi welcome to HCM....

Here you are having HCV infection and having alcohol habit ....

So you are at higher risk for cirrhosis and cancer of liver ...

HCV mostly remain as chronic infection and it prone more for cirrhosis as compared to HBSag...
So repeat your HCV antibody test by Elisa along with HCV RNA estimation...
If needed antiviral drug started...

Your chest burning mostly from reffred pain from abdomen ...
Investigate with USG and if needed by MRCP

Strickly avoid alcohol...

For acidity omeprazole capsule can be taken...
Your breast examination also has to be done.
Take care

Advise : physician consultation for exination and if needed gastroenterologist consultation
