Hello, There is no medicine to cure it. Only the disease progression can be slowed down by taking sodium fluoride tablets . You can consult your doctor for the dosage. It will be better if you get operated , because if the hearing is decreasing then there is neural plasticity ie the brain will stop identifying the sound waves and start doing some other work. For example people who are not able to see ,in them the brain makes there hands and legs so sensitive that they start using them for many purposes. It is the deposition of the bone which can not be reversed. In doubt do reply.
